Connected® Backup for PC Software Support - License Request

Welcome to the Licensing Home Page for Iron Mountain Digital. If you are an Administrator of your own Data Center, please review the information below to request your Connected® Backup for PC licenses. Please note that the initial installation of the Data Center software includes a 30-day temporary license. To secure continuous support, you must request a permanent license within the initial 30-day timeframe.

Please select the appropriate page for the license required. To avoid delays, please fill in as much information as possible. Standard license requests will be processed within 2 business days during normal times of operation. Should you have any questions please contact sf@connected.com

For security reasons requests will only be accepted from authorized contacts. Delays in processing will occur from a request from a non-authorized / non-registered contact. License requests should only come from customers who have direct 1st line customer support with Iron Mountain Digital Services.
